The BidX Marketplace app is where buyers and sellers meet. It is the main BidX app for everyday users, and BIDx Marketplace is now available in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya and South Africa.

What it is used for

Discovering products, listing items for sale and connecting buyers with approved sellers — all in one structured marketplace.

How buyers use it

• Create an account or sign in.
• Search and browse products, and filter by State and LGA to find items near you.
• Open a listing to see details and contact the seller.
• Save items for later and return to recently viewed items.

How sellers use it

• Register as a seller and choose a Monthly or Annual seller subscription.
• Once approved, list items for sale with photos, price and location.
• Manage listings and respond to interested buyers.

The BidX Agent app is for approved BidX Agents. It is separate from the Marketplace app and is not used for buying or selling.

What it is used for

Helping new sellers register on the BidX Marketplace through the Agent system, and earning commission from successful registrations.

How approved Agents use it

• Sign in with an approved BidX Agent account.
• Guide a new seller through registration and help them choose the right subscription option.
• Complete and submit the registration correctly through the Agent system.
• Access and print the Agent ID card from the Profile section.
• Earn the applicable Agent commission for each successful registration.

How Agents help sellers

Agents find people who want to sell on BidX, explain how BidX works and help them complete registration — so new sellers can start listing on the Marketplace.
