HOW TO BECOME A BIDX AGENT

Become a BidX Agent and help individuals and sellers join the BidX Marketplace while earning commissions from successful registrations.

This guide explains how to become an Agent, what you will do, how to get your Agent ID card, and how much you can earn.

Step by step

Your path from account to Agent commission

Follow STEP 1 through STEP 9 below.

STEP1

Step 1 — Create your BidX account

The first step is to create your account on BidX.

Provide the required information and complete your registration.

Once your account has been successfully created, you can proceed to apply to become a BidX Agent.

STEP2

Step 2 — Apply to become a BidX Agent

After creating your account, apply to become a BidX Agent.

Your application will be reviewed by the BidX team.

Being an Agent means you can help new sellers register on the BidX Marketplace through the Agent system.

STEP3

Step 3 — Wait for Agent approval

After submitting your Agent application, wait for approval.

Once you are approved, you can begin working as a BidX Agent.

Your approved Agent account gives you access to the appropriate Agent registration process for helping new sellers join BidX.

STEP4

Step 4 — Print your BidX Agent ID card

Once your Agent application has been approved, remember to print your official BidX Agent ID card.

Your Agent ID card is automatically generated for every Agent who successfully registers and receives approval.

To access your ID card:

Open your BidX account.
Go to your Profile section.
Select the ID Card option.
View your automatically generated Agent ID card.
Print your ID card and keep it available when carrying out your Agent activities.

IMPORTANT: Every approved BidX Agent should remember to access and print their Agent ID card from the Profile section of the app.

BIDx Marketplace is live in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya and South Africa. The registration fees and commission amounts on this page are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and apply in Nigeria.

STEP5

Step 5 — Help a seller register

As an approved Agent, you can help individuals who want to become sellers on BidX.

You can guide them through the registration process and help them complete the required information correctly.

There are different seller registration options, and each option has its corresponding Agent commission.

STEP6

Step 6 — Earn ₦750 from a ₦1,500 seller registration

When you successfully register a seller using the ₦1,500 seller registration option, your Agent commission is 50%.

Your Agent earnings₦1,500 × 50% = ₦750

For every successful ₦1,500 seller registration: YOU EARN ₦750

STEP7

Step 7 — Earn ₦3,750 from a ₦15,000 annual Seller subscription

You can also help a seller register using the ₦15,000 annual Seller subscription option, which lasts one year.

Your Agent commission for this option is 25%.

Your Agent earnings₦15,000 × 25% = ₦3,750

YOU EARN₦3,750

For every successful ₦15,000 annual Seller subscription: YOU EARN ₦3,750

STEP8

Step 8 — Build your Agent income

The more successful registrations you complete, the more commissions you can earn.

For example:

10 × ₦1,500 Seller Registrations10 × ₦750 = ₦7,500YOU EARN ₦7,500

10 × ₦15,000 Annual Seller Subscriptions10 × ₦3,750 = ₦37,500YOU EARN ₦37,500

These examples show the Agent's commission earnings based on the number of successful registrations completed.

WHAT DOES A BIDX AGENT DO?

A BidX Agent's main responsibility is to help new sellers join the BidX Marketplace.

An Agent can:

Find people interested in selling on BidX.
Explain how BidX works.
Help them create or complete their account.
Help them choose the appropriate registration option.
Complete the registration process correctly.
Successfully submit registrations through the Agent system.
Earn the applicable commission from successful registrations.
Carry and present their BidX Agent ID card when appropriate.

WHO CAN BECOME A BIDX AGENT?

Anyone who meets BidX's Agent requirements can apply to become an Agent.

You do not need to own a store or have your own products to work as an Agent.

Your role is to connect people who want to sell with BidX and help them complete the registration process.

YOUR OPPORTUNITY AS A BIDX AGENT

Becoming a BidX Agent gives you an opportunity to earn commission by helping new sellers join the marketplace.

Your earnings are based on the successful registrations you complete:

₦750 per successful ₦1,500 seller registration.
₦3,750 per successful ₦15,000 annual Seller subscription.

The more successful registrations you complete, the more Agent commissions you can earn.
